Once you are satisfied with the initial discussions, we will send you the quote and the client agrees to our terms & conditions by payment of a suitable deposit. We will then commence the design process.
The web site design & design process usually consists of the following stages;
1. BRIEF
We will first request a copy of your company or organisation's marketing materials, and any other supporting documentation that you would like to include on your designs. We will discuss your requirements, the quantity and type of information to be presented, and agree a proposal that includes content, layout and site structure.
2. OUTLINE DESIGN
If you haven't done so already, we will register a domain name for you and create your preferred web hosting package. We will prepare an outline design that presents the proposed design aesthetics and navigation of your web site or other digital media. This will be uploaded to our test server and you will receive the login details so you can check on the progress of your designs and provide feedback at any time. We can then adjust or create new designs based upon the clients feedback.
3. COLLECT INFORMATION
Once the outline design is complete, we will then collate information received from you, and request any outstanding content that is to be included on the site. The client generally dictates the timescale of a design project. If you have a deadline in mind, we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent by the client.
4. DESIGN PRODUCTION
We will complete the technical infrastructure and design, populating the pages with the selected pictures and copy.
5. TECHNICAL TESTING & EVALUATION
On completion, we will test the new web site for browser compatibility and usability functioning. You will then be asked to perform a final proof check of information for all design work comissioned to us. Once full payment is received we will upload your web site to your web site hosting space. We will ensure minor changes and updates are carried out to reflect any feedback provided by your site's wider audience. Finally, we will submit the site to search engines.
6. MAINTAINENCE OF YOUR WEB SITE
If you don't need to make too many changes, it's probably more cost-effective for you to ask us to update the text or change images etc. We often carry out minor amendments for free.
For general website changes managed by Breathe365 Ltd there will be a minimum charge of £65. We envisage that if you plan and organise what changes and updates you require then an update should not cost more than £65 + VAT. For example, you could have several alterations for £65 (if all the content is provided, is clear and will not take more than one hour for us to implement).
Should you require more complicated updates that will take over one hour for Breathe365 Ltd to complete, this will be costed at £65 per hour.

If you need to make regular changes to the site, we recommend that you ask us to incorporate a Content Management System. 7. SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING OF YOUR WEB SITE
Once we have designed your web site, simply submitting your web site to the major search engines, does not guarantee you exposure on the first page of search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. If exposure in the top few search results for specific search terms such as "cheap laptops" is a key marketing objective to drive targeted traffic to your web site, then we can manage search engine campaigns for you. The actual cost of this depends on the competitiveness of your business on the internet. We have many clients who spend no more than £150 per month on this to some clients who's budget is several thousand £ per month. There is no long-term contract for this. You can try it and see the results for yourself and then decide to continue or not at any time.
